Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- Mike: We could hire Atul to write message help.

ARs:

- Mike add comments to CMPNT, DLY, MSPEC sections.
  - No new progress.

- Lance add comments to EBD section.
  - No new progress.

- Bob add comments to CIRCUIT section.
  - No new progress.


IBISCHK Message Help:
- Bob: That should be tied to an existing development project, not a separate
  project.
- Mike: We could write a document showing what we want.
- Bob: That could be a project between releases.
  - The specification would be in the contract.

AR: Mike write text for contract to complete IBISCHK message help.

IBIS Parser Development:
- Bob: Atul said for Windows the DLL load fails if there is not dot in the file name.
- Mike: He might do this to a temporary copy?
  - I would prefer letting it fail with a helpful message.

AR: Mike reply to Atul about DLL extension problem.

- Bob: On Linux chmod makes a file executable.
- Mike: That seems to matter only sometimes.
  - Windows does not care.

- Bob: DLL_ID complicates things.
  - It allows only an alpha-numeric string.
  - Bob Miller would like to add underscore.
  - We should have used section 3.3 rules.
